TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JR GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
